Stratford Chocolate Trail

The Chocolate Trail is a self-guided tour that introduces you to our world-famous confectioners and bakers.  You’ll get to sample our decadent treats and meet the makers who craft these indulgences year round.  

Purchase your Chocolate Trail Pass in person at the Stratford Tourism office, which includes vouchers that entitle you to choose six of the stops on a self-guided tour.  The Chocolate Trail is offered year-round and is valid for 1 week from date of purchase. You can also give a gift certificate that the recipient can redeem for a Stratford Chocolate Trail Pass — those can be purchased online or in person. 

Limited availability on Sundays and Mondays.

Met Opera 2018-19 Season: Dialogues des Carmélites

Met Music Director Yannick Nézet-Séguin leads an accomplished ensemble in Poulenc’s devastating modern masterpiece of faith and martyrdom. Isabel Leonard is the young Blanche de La Force, opposite Met legend Karita Mattila as the First Prioress. Sung in French with English subtitles. Presented with the support of Music and Opera Appreciation.

Open Kitchen | Kids Can Cook! | Mother's Day

Share some special time with mom (or grandma!) and learn to cook her a fabulous breakfast in time for Mother’s Day with instructor Eli Silverthorne! This class includes a take home gift from Bradshaws & Kitchen Detail.

Dads welcome, too!

Safety regulations require students wear closed toe shoes when participating in any cooking class.

This class has a maximum capacity of 20 (10 adults) participants.

2 children per adult maximum. Children must be 6 years or older.

Participants will be provided with an apron and all necessary tools and equipment.

Menus, recipes and instructors are subject to change as required.

Help us help the environment! In the off chance we cook too much, please bring a container with you to help take home any leftovers. (One 1 litre container is recommended).

If you need to cancel a class, it is possible to get a refund (less the service fee) up to 7 days before the date of the event via your universe.com account. A credit note may be issued for cancellations received by email (admin@stratfordchef.com) a minimum of 48 hours before the event.

Please note that there are no credit notes or refunds for missed classes or classes cancelled less than 48 hours before the event.

* All Open Kitchen classes purchased online or by credit card are subject to a 5% service fee. Our ticketing service hosted by universe.com includes this fee in the total listed price.

Stratford Bacon and Ale Trail

Bacon and Ale - two of life's greatest creations!  You'll gain a whole new appreciation for your favourite obsessions.  This self-guided walking trail includes vouchers that you can use at 5 stops.  Each voucher will entitle you to a "tasting" of a unique bacon and ale inspired treat and the chance to speak to Stratford and area's culinary stars while visiting our unique restaurants and retail locations.  This trail is offered year round and is valid for one week (7 days) from the date of purchase.  Bacon and Ale Trail gift certificates are great for birthday and anniversary gifts, which can be redeemable at a later date.
