The SCS Farm to Table Series pairs beloved Stratford Chefs School recipes with highly regarded local food producers for a culinary adventure unique to Perth County. This class features proteins from McIntosh Farms and produce from Soiled Reputation. After the cooking is complete, take off your apron and savour the results of your labour with a glass of VQA Ontario wine. Perfect for the intermediate to experienced home cook.
McIntosh Farms Shawn and Erin McIntosh own and operate McIntosh Farms just outside of Atwood, Ontario. They raise 100% grass fed beef and lamb as well as pasture raised pork, chicken and duck. The McIntoshes are grass farmers working with animals and nature to regenerate the soil and bring you the most nutritious meat possible.
Soiled Reputation built its business by supplying some of the finest restaurants in Canada. Located just outside of Sebringville, they continue to meet the standards and expectations of top-quality chefs by crafting consistent gourmet-quality vegetables, picking up their remarkable flavours from the unique soils of Perth County.
