The Chocolate Trail is a self-guided tour that introduces you to our world-famous confectioners and bakers.  You’ll get to sample our decadent treats and meet the makers who craft these indulgences year round.  

Purchase your Chocolate Trail Pass in person at the Stratford Tourism office, which includes vouchers that entitle you to choose six of the stops on a self-guided tour.  The Chocolate Trail is offered year-round and is valid for 1 week from date of purchase. You can also give a gift certificate that the recipient can redeem for a Stratford Chocolate Trail Pass — those can be purchased online or in person. 

Limited availability on Sundays and Mondays.

National Youth Orchestra Pop Ups - Stratford Summer Music

For more than fifty years, NYO Canada has enjoyed an iconic reputation as Canada’s orchestral finishing school, providing the most comprehensive and in-depth training program available to our country’s best young classical musicians. 

As the bridge between music education and a music career, NYO Canada trains well-rounded and skilled orchestral musicians who are able to thrive in a variety of performance environments. 

More performers in Canada’s professional orchestras are alumni of NYO Canada than any other institute or university. Approximately one third of Canadian professional orchestral musicians are alumni of NYO Canada. We are fortunate to have them returning to Stratford on their summer tour.

Juliet III Cruise Boat Tours

The Tour Boat, running every half hour, is a great way to spend the afternoon on the River. 

There have been a few tour boats over the years spanning from the mid 1800's up to today. Officially their has been the Juliet I, II, and now III, but predating this there has also been a Juliet tour Boat back in the mid 1800's as pictured below. Countless tours have taken place over the years and proudly for more than 50 years the Herr family has carried on this tradition. Come enjoy a relaxing ride down the river and discover why this has been a tradition for many year and many more to come.

Safety regulations require students wear closed toe shoes when participating in any cooking class.

This class has a maximum capacity of 16 students.

Classes are for students 16 years and older.

Participants will be provided with an apron and all necessary tools and equipment.

Menus, recipes and instructors are subject to change as required.

Help us help the environment! In the off chance we cook too much, please bring a container with you to help take home any leftovers. (One 1 litre container is recommended).

If you need to cancel a class, it is possible to get a refund (less the service fee) up to 7 days before the date of the event via your universe.com account. A credit note may be issued for cancellations received by email (admin@stratfordchef.com) a minimum of 48 hours before the event.

Summer Exhibition at Agora Gallery
