Free Forum Event. A Special Series Focused on Cultural Spaces. As we watch the new Tom Patterson Theatre Centre rise up before our eyes, these talks examine urban planning and the arts with special guests and experts. Free Cultural Spaces and Communities - Friday, May 31. Cultural planner and speaker Gord Hume talks with Stratford Mayor Dan Mathieson about the role of art in creating vibrant cities and the opportunity the new Tom Patterson Theatre Centre presents to Stratford. Designing Cultural Spaces - Thursday, July 18. Siamak Hariri, design architect of the new TPT, and Rick Haldenby, professor of architecture studies at the University of Waterloo, discuss how to create inspiring and functional arts spaces. The Changing Face of Arts Engagement - Friday, August 16. Diane Ragsdale, assistant professor at the New School in New York and teacher at the Cultural Leadership Program at the Banff Centre, discusses the creative economy, the changing cultural context and what that means for organizations of art and culture.

The Chocolate Trail is a self-guided tour that introduces you to our world-famous confectioners and bakers.  You’ll get to sample our decadent treats and meet the makers who craft these indulgences year round.  

Purchase your Chocolate Trail Pass in person at the Stratford Tourism office, which includes vouchers that entitle you to choose six of the stops on a self-guided tour.  The Chocolate Trail is offered year-round and is valid for 1 week from date of purchase. You can also give a gift certificate that the recipient can redeem for a Stratford Chocolate Trail Pass — those can be purchased online or in person.

Bacon and Ale - two of life's greatest creations!  You'll gain a whole new appreciation for your favourite obsessions.  This self-guided walking trail includes vouchers that you can use at 5 stops.  Each voucher will entitle you to a "tasting" of a unique bacon and ale inspired treat and the chance to speak to Stratford and area's culinary stars while visiting our unique restaurants and retail locations.  This trail is offered year round and is valid for one week (7 days) from the date of purchase.  Bacon and Ale Trail gift certificates are great for birthday and anniversary gifts, which can be redeemable at a later date.

Juliet III Cruise Boat Tours

The Tour Boat, running every half hour, is a great way to spend the afternoon on the River. 

There have been a few tour boats over the years spanning from the mid 1800's up to today. Officially their has been the Juliet I, II, and now III, but predating this there has also been a Juliet tour Boat back in the mid 1800's as pictured below. Countless tours have taken place over the years and proudly for more than 50 years the Herr family has carried on this tradition. Come enjoy a relaxing ride down the river and discover why this has been a tradition for many year and many more to come.

Tom Allen&Co. - Bohemians In Brooklyn - Stratford Summer Music
