Summer Exhibition at Agora Gallery

The exhibition will evolve throughout the summer: as pieces are sold, new artworks will be put on display, so visit often to see more work by your favourite Stratford artists.

Drop-In Improv Class - Spontaneous Creation

A class for everyone over 16 who wants to explore theatre passed down through the world of The Second City. The Chocolate Trail is a self-guided tour that introduces you to our world-famous confectioners and bakers.  You’ll get to sample our decadent treats and meet the makers who craft these indulgences year round.  

Purchase your Chocolate Trail Pass in person at the Stratford Tourism office, which includes vouchers that entitle you to choose six of the stops on a self-guided tour.  The Chocolate Trail is offered year-round and is valid for 1 week from date of purchase. Add some spice to your meal planning! Learn recipes and the techniques with instructor Eli Silverthorne needed to successfully create exquisite regional curry dishes using a variety of curry pastes. After the cooking is complete, take off your apron and savour the results of your labour with a glass of wine. Curry on! Perfect for the beginner to intermediate home cook.

Safety regulations require students wear closed toe shoes when participating in any cooking class.

This class has a maximum capacity of 14 students.

Classes are for students 16 years and older.

Participants will be provided with an apron and all necessary tools and equipment.

Menus, recipes and instructors are subject to change as required.

Help us help the environment! In the off chance we cook too much, please bring a container with you to help take home any leftovers. (One 1 litre container is recommended).

If you need to cancel a class, it is possible to get a refund (less the service fee) up to 7 days before the date of the event via your universe.com account. A credit note may be issued for cancellations received by email (admin@stratfordchef.com) a minimum of 48 hours before the event.

Please note that there are no credit notes or refunds for missed classes or classes cancelled less than 48 hours before the event.
