Make the Ultimate Burger at home with Chef instructor, Eli Silverthorne!
Inspired by our Open Kitchen Master Class series, it's the Ultimate Burger! We'll handle the prep and grind you a fresh 6oz sirloin, short rib and brisket beef burger, paired with a house milk bun, full sour pickles and a refreshing vinegar-based potato salad. Learn the fundamentals of grilling as you complete 3 summertime courses at home - all without turning on the oven!
ULTIMATE BURGER MEAL KIT includes all pre-measured and prepped components for the following three course meal:
Tomato crostini with herbed ricotta
House ground 6 oz burger
House milk bun
Full sour pickles, lettuce, tomato, onion
Mayo-free Potato Salad
Pineapple with shaved chocolate and Chantilly
Finished by you @Home:

Record Store Day is an annual event celebrating independent record stores. Special, limited vinyl releases from many musical artists available only at independent record stores. The list of titles available this year is here:

The Chocolate Trail is a self-guided tour that introduces you to our world-famous confectioners and bakers. You’ll get to sample our decadent treats and meet the makers who craft these indulgences year round.
Purchase your trail vouchers at Stratford Tourism, 47 Downie Street; Bradshaws, 129 Ontario Street; MacLeods Scottish Shop, 80 Ontario Street; and Small Mart, 119 Ontario Street.
Each trail purchased entitles you to choose six of the stops on a self-guided tour. The Chocolate Trail is offered year-round.
You can also purchase gift certificates to give as gifts to be used at a later date.

Beauty and The Beast (2017) - Movies Under the Stars - Parking Lot Edition
Belle, a village girl, embarks on a journey to save her father from a creature that has locked him in his dungeon. Eventually, she learns that the creature is an enchanted prince who has been cursed.
Gates open at 6:30 pm. Concessions are not offered on-site. Please bring any snacks and beverages with you. Portable washrooms are located adjacent to the Stratford Perth Family YMCA. We encourage you to wear a mash when leaving your vehicle area.
If you are coming to watch from the grass, you can buy your tickets from the gate next to the YMCA. You will need to bring your own headphone (standard 3.5ml jack) & lawn chair. A receiver with be provided at no cost.
