Janice Stein, Founding Director of the Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy, joins John Stackhouse, Fellow of the Munk School, Senior VP of the Royal Bank of Canada and former Globe and Mail Editor-in-Chief and Diana Fu, assistant professor of political science at the University of Toronto, for a conversation ranging from how governments use (or not) their global diasporas to achieve policy ends and how these linkages affect global events to how migrations are creating new global diasporas.
