Adapted from our Open Kitchen Master Class series, Chef Eli will guide you through this curated, Asian inspired menu. You'll learn how to cure and smoke fish and then roll it into sushi. You'll make a classic restaurant style pork steam bun at home – steamer optional! - with SCS fermented kimchi and cucumbers that you quick pickle yourself! Lastly, we'll introduce you to the tantalizing flavour of yuzu, paired with a refreshing citrus panna cotta to round out the meal. Bon Appetit!
PORK STEAM BUN MEAL KIT includes all pre-measured ingredients prepped to make the following three course meal:
