Inspired by our Open Kitchen Master Class series, Chef Eli will guide you through the ultimate Steakhouse experience by doing the prep and demystifying the process. This menu allows Chef Eli, in his video tutorial, to demonstrate elevated technique - no equipment sous vide - leaving you to sear, reheat, plate and enjoy with twice baked potato and asparagus.
