Learn Stratford Chefs School cooking techniques and tips, while preparing delicious food to savour with our finish-at-home Meal Kits!

Chef Instructor Eli Silverthorne plans the meal and does the prep, you finish the cooking at home! Our professional video tutorial will guide you along the way. Order an Open Kitchen @Home Meal Kit and we’ll make it easy, with all the chef-prepared, pre-measured, farm-to-table ingredients you need, a detailed downloadable recipe booklet with full instructions to keep, and safe contactless pick up.

Take it home and start cooking - PLACE YOUR ORDER by 12 noon Thursday, July 16 for PICK UP Saturday, July 18 between 4 pm - 6 pm.

Our CHARCUTERIE MEAL KIT includes all pre-measured components below:

Meats: Chicken Liver Mousse, House Duck Prosciutto, Guanciale, Smoked Salmon Rillette

Pickles: Cauliflower, Red Onion, Capers, Cornichon, Mustards

Vegetables: Seasonal Vegetables, Garnish Greens

Gluten: Rye Crackers, Fresh Sourdough

Cheese: House-made Ricotta
