It’s taco night! But these are not your average tacos, these are Chef Eli’s 72 hour braised Beef* Cheek tacos, prepped for you to finish easily and savour at home. With the help of our Video Tutorials, you’ll quickly bring together this fresh and authentic Mexican meal, with Cauliflower Guacamole Tostada to start, Beef* Tacos and Elotes Mexicanos – grilled Mexican street corn – all prepped from scratch for you to complete. To end the meal – a classic Mexican dessert, Creme Catalana.
MEXICAN MEAL KIT includes all pre-measured and prepped components for the following:
Cauliflower Guacamole Tostada with feta & pumpkin seeds
Beef Cheek* Tacos with pickled red onions, Tomatillo salsa, Cojita cheese (3 per kit)
Elotes Mexicanos (Mexican Street Corn)
Vegetarian Option available: Substitute cauliflower for beef

Chef Instructor Eli Silverthorne has planned the meal and will do all the prep; you just have to finish the cooking at home! All the chef-prepped, pre-measured, farm-to-table ingredients you need are packed in the kit; a detailed downloadable recipe booklet with full instructions and video tutorials are also provided.
Chef Eli’s video instruction will show you how to finish and plate your meal, and – if you want more – you can learn how he did the prep as well!
