Experience the summer flavours of Southern France as Chef Eli guides you through this light, yet decadent pescatarian menu. He’ll do the prep; you'll finish the cooking at home. With the help of our Video Tutorials, you'll learn to put together Salad Nicoise and a classic Ratatouille. Salmon is also on the menu; you'll sear or grill it at home, and see how Chef did the prep: learn to easily skin, portion and cook from a side of Canadian salmon like a pro. The finishing touch? A vibrant lemon tart for dessert. Magnifique!
