This menu allows Chef Eli, in his video tutorial, to demonstrate elevated technique – no equipment sous vide – leaving you to sear, reheat, plate and enjoy with twice baked potato and grilled corn. Water bath reheat, then sear Steak
Reheat prepped Potato in oven
