SCS Students prepare and serve innovative 4 or more course menus inspired by 37 years of the School's most leading edge recipes, under the tutelage of Chef Instructors.  Modern Classics Dinner menus change daily.

Sommelier Bob Latham works with the evening's student sommelier to select an appropriate wine pairing for each Dinner course.

Cost: $50/Per person includes coffee or tea, plus tax | Add $20 per person for Wine Pairings Package
